Campagnolo is an Italian company based in Vicenza that makes premium groupsets and wheels for road racing and gravel bikes. Its story goes back to 1927, when founder Tullio Campagnolo struggled to remove his rear wheel on the Croce d'Aune pass during a race, which led to his work on the quick release.
