Description

Bootswerft Empacher GmbH is a third-generation family boatyard in Eberbach, Germany, that builds racing rowing boats. Willy Empacher founded it on December 18, 1923, in Königsberg, East Prussia, originally to build three sailing yachts, and the company marked 100 years in 2023. Empacher says its boats meet all FISA guidelines and that it is World Rowing's official supplier, and its site highlights crews that won gold in its boats at the 2025 World Rowing Championships in Shanghai.
