Enervit is an Italian functional-nutrition brand for sport, wellbeing and fitness, making products such as carbohydrate gels and protein supplements and featuring the athletes it works with on its site. Its roots go back to 1954, when pharmacist Paolo Sorbini founded Also Laboratori in Milan. The parent company is Enervit S.p.A., which wholly owns subsidiaries including Equipe Enervit S.r.l. and Enervit Nutrition entities in several countries; its main shareholders include members of the Sorbini family and Duke Investment S.r.l.
