Description

HYROX is a fitness racing competition for all levels that launched in Germany in 2017 and describes itself as the fastest-growing fitness sport in the world. It was created by mass-participation race organiser Christian Toetzke together with three-time Olympic medallist and world champion Moritz Fürste and marketing expert Michael Trautmann. HYROX says it now runs more than 100 events worldwide in 2026, bringing training and community together.
