Description

Smith began when its founder, an orthodontist and ski bum, tested his first goggles in chest-deep powder, traded them for lift tickets at Alta and filed the first patent in 1966. The brand went on to launch the Turbofan actively vented goggle, patented the Roll Off film system in 1984 and now builds its lenses around ChromaPop technology.
