Description

Stryd makes a shoe-mounted running power meter that pairs with a watch to give real-time power guidance, backed by Adaptive Training plans and race pacing targets. Work on the first Stryd Pioneer began in late 2014, inspired by cycling power meters and the goal of giving runners an objective measure of intensity.
