Budo Best is a Romanian martial-arts equipment brand founded by Gaby and Elena Oancea. It says it has produced sports equipment since 1994, building a range for disciplines including karate and kickboxing, while also publishing educational material for practitioners and instructors. Its own account cites more than 70 books and a Romanian martial-arts magazine first issued in 1990. The site gives a Bucharest address, though that alone does not establish the corporate headquarters.
